When: 1st Wednesday of Month

Time: 2.00-3.30pm

Where: Sawbridgeworth Memorial Hall

The Antique and Collectables Group meet in the first Wednesday of the month at the Memorial Hall.  We have 25 Members in our Group with an average of 20 plus attending each Meeting. We aim to have a varied programme and have invited Guest Speakers as well as encouraging Members of the Group to make a presentation on a chosen subject.

In October we hired a mini bus and visited the William Morris Gallery in Walthamstow which was very successful and enjoyable. We organised our annual version of ‘Bargain Hunt’ at the Maltings in Sawbridgeworth. Purchases can be made up to £20 and then subsequently sold at Auction.  Unfortunately this time none of our items were sold!!.

After the morning of the Bargain Hunt we all enjoyed lunching together as our photos show. We are looking forward to our Christmas Tea and Quiz in December and another successful year.
